Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

No Returns or Refunds:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or other reasons. All sales are final.

Replacement Requests:

If your product is delivered in a defective, non-usable, or damaged condition, you may request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order. To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer support team at support@dacuir.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defective, non-usable, or damaged product
  • Description of the issue

Replacement Process:

Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return of the damaged product. Once the return is received and inspected, we will ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
